Participating in the Galleries section of Art Basel, Applicat-Prazan was also showing this year a truly out of the ordinary painting by Georges Mathieu in the Unlimited section of the fair dedicated to monumental works of art. Painted 59 years ago, this work has been shown at all the greatest exhibitions dedicated to Georges Mathieu and is indisputably, one of the Artist’s masterpieces.
