Backup data is encrypted and held on external media in a dedicated location elsewhere than the server. Physical access to this location is also strictly controlled and monitored by security cameras. Our staff access information from their personal computers. Each computer is protected by an individual password giving the designated user access to a session that is identified on our server. All our computers are protected by SophosTM anti-virus and anti-malware software which is regularly updated.

Under the modified version of the Law on Information Technology and Freedom of 6 January 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access your personal data, to obtain and reuse it (data portability), to request that it be corrected or erased, and to restrict the ways in which that data can be used.
